Team CQ works, lives, and plays in the Wyoming wilderness and strive to share their knowledge to make our guests better hunters, fishermen, and/or cowboys, than the day they arrived. Prior to owning the outfit, Nick Trizano has hunted & fished with many different outfits throughout the world. Taking bits and pieces from each of these steppingstones coupled with a passion for excellence they have put together an excellent team. Our Wilderness
Constant Quest Outfitters is located in Cody, Wyoming and whether you are hunting, fishing, riding horses or relaxing at the Wild Horse Ranch, you will find yourself in some of the most remote areas in the USA. From the famed Thorofare River wilderness, Yellowstone National Park, the Southfork of the Shoshone River and the Bridger Teton National Forrest you can expect to see what the world was like hundreds of years ago, an unchanged natural treasure. Elk, Moose, Mule Deer, Pronghorn, Bighorn Sheep, Grizzly Bears and Mountain Lions regularly roam freely, and you will be the guest in their home. There is no place on earth like it!
About Cody Wyoming
Cody is located at 44°31′24″N 109°3′26″W (44.523244, −109.057109). Cody is surrounded by the Absaroka, Bridger, Owl Creek and Big Horn Mountains. Cody’s elevation is approximately 5016 ft above sea level. The main part of the city is split across three levels, separated by about 60 feet. Founded by the legendary scout and showman, Colonel William F. “Buffalo Bill” Cody in 1896, Cody offers many western & cowboy attractions such as nightly summer rodeos, gun fight reenactments, cowboy music and the world-class Buffalo Bill Center of the West. You can even walk through Old Trail Town to see authentic 1890s frontier buildings that made up the original town site. Those pining for an outdoor escape outside of fishing can find mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, horseback riding and river rafting in the nearby Shoshone National Forest. Just a 50-mile drive will take you to the iconic Yellowstone National Park, where you can spend days admiring geysers, lakes and wildlife. The Cody-Yellowstone area, which includes Powell to the north and Meeteetse to the south, also boasts three scenic byways featuring stunning landscapes. Save some time strolling through Cody’s downtown, which includes fine restaurants, art galleries, unique shopping and the historic Irma Hotel
Our Guides
Nate Cumin is a Wyoming fishing & hunting legend and leads all outfitting for Constant Quest. Nate has been in the backcountry for over 20 years. Wilderness areas requires an experienced leader, that can act quickly from real life experiences and meet any need that may arise, Nate has seen it all. Having a “Camp Boss” such as Nate attracts many of the best guides in the industry from all over the country who have guided with us for years. Nate has personally trained our guides – Silas, Spencer, Mike & Hawk who move through the wilderness like silent predators. Whether it is fishing, hunting or horseback riding – Team CQ is well prepared.
Our Horses
In addition to backcountry, Nate is a master horseman. Together with his wife Star Whitt, one of the best cowgirls in Wyoming & Montana, all of our stock is personally raised, trained and managed. No matter your riding style, age or experience, you will be able to trust your mount.
